Green Juice Recipe

#1 Basic Green Juice 

Prefer organic, if not wash very well and peel carrots.

1-2 Stalks of Chard

1 handful of Parsley (wrap it inside the chard leaf, will extract more juice)

2-3 Celery Stalks

1-3 Carrots (depends on size)

1-2 Green Granny Smith apples

1/3 cup of filtered water -pour into juicer at end.

Squeeze of lemon to increase absorption of nutrients.

#2 Optional Add-ons to Basic Green Juice - Add one or more of the following:

½ Beet 

Several Beet Greens

4-5 Dandelion leaves

1/2 Cucumber

1 inch Ginger

1 inch Turmeric 

10 cranberries

1-2 Lettuce leaves 

Green juices rejuvenate the body, build red blood cells, provide a great dose of enzymes, minerals and vitamins.

For additional benefits you can mix in Spirulina or Magnesium powder.

You can drink this juice (8 oz glass) with your regular meal.
