Herbal Gut Jello
Here’s a fun and easy way to improve your gut motility and gut microbiome health. Considering that your gut wall houses 70% of the cells that make up your immune system, it is wise to have it in tip top shape. So what does that mean? You want to have a healthy balance of microbes and a healthy mucosal lining along with efficient perstaltic action. The herbs and seaweeds in this jello are soothing, mucilaginous, prebiotic, and rich in minerals and vitamins and can help support a healthier gastrointestinal tract from end to end. That means it can ease any type of ulcerations, irritations, dryness, balances excess mucus, and permeability along the entire tract. I have made this tea before without the seaweeds in it, but the jelling action from the Irish moss makes it a little more enjoyable during these warmer days.
